Counselling for Adults at Big Bear’s Treehouse
Space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of your experience in a way that feels safe and contained.
Counselling Grounded in Safety & Collaboration
Adults come to counselling for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship challenges. Others arrive with a quieter sense that something doesn’t feel settled, even if they can’t yet put it into words.
SAFETY, RESPECT & COLLABORATION
Julie’s Approach to Therapy
My work with adults is grounded in safety, respect, and collaboration. Sessions are shaped around the person in front of me, there is no pressure to fit into a particular model or move faster than feels manageable.
Counselling may be conversational and reflective, or gently experiential where appropriate. For some people, this includes creative or symbolic approaches that support emotional processing beyond words.
Above all, I work at your pace. This is a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of your experience in a way that feels safe and contained.
