Social Media Policy

Big Bear’s Treehouse maintains social media accounts to share information, resources, and reflections that support children, families, carers, and the wider community. These platforms are intended for general engagement and education rather than therapeutic communication.

Confidentiality and privacy

To protect the privacy of children and families, Big Bear’s Treehouse does not engage in therapeutic conversations, discuss individual cases, or respond to personal clinical information shared via social media. Please contact the practice directly via phone or email for all appointment, clinical, or confidential matters.

Direct messaging and comments

While messages and comments are welcomed, social media accounts are not monitored continuously. Responses may be delayed, and urgent concerns should be directed to appropriate crisis or emergency services.
