Fees at Big Bear’s Treehouse
We aim to keep our fee structure transparent and predictable so families and carers can plan with confidence. If you’re unsure which option applies to you, please reach out, we’re happy to guide you.
Fees
Therapy sessions (50 minutes):
NDIS (plan-managed / self-managed): $156.12
Private-pay: $171.73 (includes GST)
Reports, letters, and professional communication:
$80 per 30 minutes (NDIS and/or private-pay — GST applied where relevant)
Please note: Fees may be updated in line with NDIS price guide changes. NDIS session rates are set in line with the NDIS price guide. Private-pay sessions include GST where applicable.
Concession rate: apply if you may be eligible.
Payment Options
NDIS support is available for self-managed and plan-managed participants. Please note we are not able to accept NDIA agency-managed payments.
Payments are processed at the time of your appointment via EFTPOS, debit or credit card. We also accept bank transfer, electronic funds transfer, and cash.
Invoices can be provided where required for reimbursement through funding bodies or third-party supports.
Insurance includes Bupa, Emergency Services Health, and Phoenix Health.
If you are unsure how your sessions will be funded, please feel welcome to reach out prior to your first appointment and we can guide you through available options.
Cancellation Policy
To support continuity of care and ensure appointment availability for all families, we ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out, we understand that life with children and families can be unpredictable.
