Meet Our Therapy Dog
Izzy is my therapy dog in training and a gentle presence within Big Bear’s Treehouse.
Izzy has grown and learned within the relationship between Bear and myself, observing safety, connection, and regulation in action. In many ways, she carries Bear’s legacy, not as a replacement, but as a continuation shaped by the same values of trust, calm, and attunement.
As Izzy completes her training, she may be present in sessions where appropriate and with consent. Her role is never to lead or distract, but to quietly support regulation, comfort, and emotional safety.
Izzy is included in sessions only when appropriate and with client consent.
